Mail delivery stops with amavisd-new 1:2.3.3-5bpo2 and Net::Server 0.91-0.93

Hi,

I just upgraded my amavisd-new package with the new version of amavisd-new
(1:2.3.3-5bpo2), and found that local mail delivery is stopped. This is a
known trouble between amavis and the newer Net::Server cpan mopdules: bug
#18402 (http://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=18402)

I read there this is possible to avoid this with the no_close_stdout option
to be set to 1, but I could not find where to do it.
Reverting Net::Server back to 0.90 helped me, deferred emails were delivered
(they were not bounced only deferred (with Postfix), so they were waiting in
the deferred queue, no mail have lost).

Do you know how to set no_close_stdout to 1? Placing it in
/etc/amavis/conf.d/50-user as $no_close_stdout = 1; doesn't work for me.

It may worth setting no_close_stdout to 1 in the amavis package by default.
