According to http://lkml.org/lkml/2005/5/12/63, it looks like the
problem was a badly fragmented file (ours have few fragments). I also
didn't see anything about the vmalloc errors in that thread.
Looks like I'll be purging the few XFS filesystems we have on our
servers.
