* Disable DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH / DEB_BUILD_MULTIARCH variables in
dpkg-architecture so that packages do not incorrectly enable multiarch in
squeeze-backports.
* Do the same for /usr/share/dpkg/architecture.mk.
