dpkg_1.15.4.1~bpo50+1_amd64.changes REJECTED

We don't want a new dpkg on bpo because packages won't be autobuildable after
that because the dpkg comes from the buildsystem and not from the chroot. Also
we don't want to take the risk of breacking many things. 

Additionally the changes file is broken, but that doesn't care here. dpkg will
never be accepted for bpo.
