* Rebuild for etch-backports.
* Urgency "high" for security fix fix.
* Drop debhelper build-dependency to version 5
* debuild:
+ Do not automatically preserve the (C, CPP, CXX, LD and F)FLAGS variables
and the corresponding *FLAGS_APPEND variables, for compatibility with
etch's dpkg-buildpackage.
+ Remove *FLAGS and *FLAGS_APPEND support from the emulated
dpkg-buildpackage
* po4a/po/fr.po: Update debuild(1) translation to remove mention of the
*FLAGS{,_APPEND} variables.

* uscan: Fix regressions introduced by the previous release:
+ Track position in global matches to avoid infinite loops and handle
zero-width matches. Thanks, Raphael Geissert and Martín Ferrari.
+ Make download scripts which pass parameters to the called script
work again. Thanks, Ryan Niebur.
