upload request for supernovas-1.3.1-1

An updated version of supernovas (1.3.1-1) is now ready on salsa for 
upload to Debian.

It is a bug-fix release, which fixes an issue with the accuracy of the 
IAU2000 precession nutation models.

Let me know if there are any (new) issues with the updated package.
