I can get past this point after bumping debhelper-compat to 13, because
of the bug fix #933799
I have updated to debhelper-compat 13,
(dh_missing defaults to fail with newer debhelper)
and fixed the dh_missing warnings
Did you build it in a clean chroot?
I thought so....
Please clean this up.
