voro++ package

Hi all,

I have created a package for voro++, a library to calculate voronoi 
diagrams which is used in several astronomical codes, including a 
forthcoming update of mocassin which I will be packaging, and some 
others that may be packaged in the future.

Is this something that could be maintained within the astronomy project? 
 Or, as it is used in non-astronomical applications as well, should I 
instead seek sponsorship in a broader group such as Debian Science?
