Re: Aravis and FreeTure in DebianAstro blend?



Dear Chiara,

this is really an exciting project! It would fit perfectly into Debian
Astro, and we would help you to get it there for sure!

For the start, I would recommend the tutorial I wrote some time ago:

Although it focusses on Python a bit, the first parts are generic (but
contains some Debian formalism):

 * Create an "Intent To Package" bug
 * Apply for membership on debian-astro
 * Setup the git repositories on alioth.debian.org
 * Prepare the development tools

If you have any problems, don't hesitate to ask.
