These tend to be moving goal posts.  Post-analysis of VLBI sessions (and
related space geodetic techniques) gives measurements of EOPs (which are
unknown functions of time due to myriad torques applied to the earth by wind,
ocean, other bodies, human activities etc.)  The predictions are just that, an
estimate at a point in time of the future evolution of these parameters which
is subsequently obsoleted by the actual measurements.  Hence packaging these
predictions would be of little value, and by their nature, the further into
the future one predicts, the less accurate they become.
