Please fix upstream metadata (splash, sextractor, may be more)

Hi,

I noticed that at least two of your packages are using a reserved string
in YAML syntax ": " inside a publication title.  This breaks the importer:

2015-09-01 12:22:22,672 - ERROR - (96): Scanner error in file /srv/udd.debian.org/mirrors/machine-readable/s/splash.upstream: mapping values are not allowed here
  in "<string>", line 7, column 15:
     Title: splash: An Interactive Visualisation T ...

2015-09-01 12:22:36,287 - ERROR - (96): Scanner error in file /srv/udd.debian.org/mirrors/machine-readable/s/sextractor.upstream: mapping values are not allowed here
  in "<string>", line 4, column 19:
     Title: SExtractor: Software for source extraction.


Usually I fix things in Git quickly but after checking out 

   ssh://git.debian.org/git/debian-astro/packages/splash.git

I did not found any debian/upstream/metadata file which is astonishing
to me.  So please fix the things yourself by simply wrapping the titles
into quotes ("") to solve this.
