I confirmed you yesterday as team member, so it should work for you. I
also checked that you have access to /git/debian-astro, which is the
case:

$ id tombuc-guest
uid=239963(tombuc-guest) gid=239963(tombuc-guest) Gruppen=239963(tombuc-guest),40755(collab-maint),110893(debian-astro),80755(scm_collab-maint),150893(scm_debian-astro),150859(scm_sepwatch)
$ ls -ld /git/debian-astro
drwxrwx--- 3 root scm_debian-astro 4096 Apr  5 15:37 /git/debian-astro

So, while the access rights seem not to be perfect (debian-science has
drwxrwsr-x+), you should be able to create a repository.

Can be be more specific waht does not work?

Best

Ole
