Hallo,
debian-arm ist eine englischsprachige Liste und nur ein
vergleichsweise kleiner Anteil der Debian-Entwickler auf dieser
Liste spricht Deutsch, daher sollten Anfragen an die Liste auf
Englisch gestellt werden. Ich füge unten für die anderen
Listenteilnehmer eine englische Übersetzung Ihrer Anfrage an.
Inhaltlich kann ich selbst Ihnen leider nicht weiterhelfen, da
ich keinen Zugriff auf ein entsprechendes Gerät habe, aber
vielleicht kann jemand anderes auf Liste helfen.

[I have replied with the the information that debian-arm is an
english-language list, that only a relatively small part of the
particpants understands German and that I personally
unfortunately cannot help with the original request because I
have no access to this kind of hardware.
The original request in German was:
"Dear ladies and gentlemen,
yesterday I have installed Debian 9.9 on a Buffalo LinkStation
Mini LS-WSGL. With kernel 4.9 controlling the LEDs has worked,
but after the update to kernel 4.19 that doesn't work anymore.
The DTB file from kernel 4.19 is also smaller than the old one.
