I install strech on my KuroBoxPro.
I already tried kernel 4.12.0-0.bpo.2-marvell in backports, and
4.13.0-1-marvell in sid, both didn't see your NIC dmesg issue.

So if you switch to 4.9 series kernel in debian, the problem doesn't occur?
