NSLU2 upgrade from wheezy to Jessie FAIL



Hello to all!

I have decided tonight, to make revive my old NSLU2. I need a low power syslog machine so, why not to use my "semper fidelis" Linksys NSLU2.

I have followed the Martin's historical guide at : https://www.cyrius.com/debian/nslu2/unpack/ and my NSLU2 is fully working with debian 7.
Now it's time to make a release upgrade going to Debian 8 ( jessie ).

I have updated the repo file pointing to Debian 8 and : "apt-get update" and "apt-get dist-upgrade"

After the system update i have rebooted my slug so i can boot using the latest jessie kernel 3.16 instead of 3.2 of wheezy, but the system doesn't ultimate the boot process.
I have a serial cable connected to my slug so the debug it's easy.... this is the full log of my system starting from dist upgrade to the reboot of the NSLU2.
The boot process stops at :

Is it a know kernel bug ? or am i missing something before to do the dist upgrade?
