I have seen it with 2 different boards and PSUs. Unfortunately it only
happens sometimes (needed up to 6 reset cycles to reproduce).

To be precise, the setup was in both cases:
A20‑OLinuXino‑LIME2 + LCD‑OLinuXino‑10TS + PSU: Olimex SY0605E [1]

Maybe the PSU is to weak on boot? because otherwise the setup runs rock
solid? Or there really is some problem on reset?

Will try to reproduce without display or with the display separately
powered...
