How to start Xen hypervisor on armhf based system(s)?

Hi folks,

I've a problem getting started the Xen hypervisor (xen-4.4-armhf)
on an armhf based hw (Cubietruck, A20/2xA7) with debian jessie.

I already installed jessie on SD card which works fine. Afterwards
I installed the packages xen-system-armhf, xen-hypervisor-4.4-armhf

xen-utils-4.4. The also works without andy problem.

As I know to start the Xen hypervisor on i386/amd74 based system by
default you have to change the grub entries. But, on arm there is no
groub, just u-boot.

Now xen-4.4-armhf is located in my /boot directory, xen and xendomains
are located at /etc/init.d etc.

But, I couldn't get the hypervisor being loaded at boot time. May be,
I've to change something in the u-boot environment, create a new boot.scr
from boot.cmd, etc. - don't know exactly what and where to change.

And, I searched the web for hours now, but found no
description/manual/how-to
to get Xen running on arm based hw.

So you guys here are my last chance - hope you could and will help me.

Many thanks in advance,

Guido
