 i'm reminded of linus's "there are too many ARM people here!  go
away!  come to future conferences when there is only one
representative" statement at that linux conference in cambridge...

 i'm not entirely sure if there's anything that can be done which
would help people here to not waste their time reinventing
yet-another-arm-boot-image-creator.  the technique has been "inspired"
by android root "firmware" blobs where inexperienced people on pee
aitch pee bee bee forums genuinely think it's a good idea to
distribute multi-megabyte files, a situation that's exacerbated by the
heavy-customisation needed.
