Without modification it does not automatically power up. You can hovewer solder a short over the start switch "SW-TACT1" so it's always "pressed". After that modification it will power up automatically.

Unfortunately a CPU cooler is not included in the package. If you the CPU is near 100%, the board begins to act unstable. So there are two options, throttle down the CPU or mount a headsink. I have glued an old passive heatsink from a nordbridge with arctic silver adhesive to the CPU. Now the package is completely stable.

I don't know if this is the right board for the purpose. It is powerfull for sure, but I think it was put together in a hurry with engineers in mind. But honestly, I don't know how it will perform in the long therm.
