Net installation of Squeeze on Dockstar failed

I've a Dockstar on which I've installed OpenWrt in the Flash memory.
I've also an uBoot.2011-12 bootloader installed.

I want now, to install Debian on a USB storage.

Four times, I've installed a squeeze version on USB devices, either real disk drives behind a USB adaptor or on a USB-Stick.

Installation is done directly from network (only uImage and uInitrd loaded, no local storage for other debian objects)
Installation process is always successful (i.e.. no error).

However, when I try to boot, just after installation or later, it's impossible to mount sda1 at the end of the init process.

Has somebody an idea to solve this issue ?
