You'll never find a single *die* that includes CPU, RAM and Flash in sufficient
quantities.  However there are single *packages* with enough memory that stack
multiple dies.  Search for "POP" - "Package on Package".  For example, TI's OMAP
processors are available in POP versions with piggybacked RAM (not sure about
Flash).  It may be, however, that these versions of the chips are not available
to people like us.
