mtdblock error on openrd

I am suddenly getting an error when booting my OpenRD Ultimate:

uncorrectable error
end_request I/O error, /dev/mtdblock0, sector 0

Happened last night after I recovered from a sudden power interruption. The
OpenRD booted correctly but did not mount my home directory which was on a LVM
partition on a USB drive. The fstab entry was incorrect. I fixed it and
rebooted and boom: uncorrectable error and a freeze.

The boot log is below. I have included what I think might be relevant, the
first few lines and the last few before the error.

Thanks in advance,
