I don't remember specificially holding it back, but the
linux-image-2.6-ixp4xx metapackage was removed, and /boot has only the
2.6.32 kernel.

I did upgrade busybox, too. Seems likely that the new version
(1:1.18.3-1) is miscompiled on armel, then.
