Yes... i can confirm, kernel panic...
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SOLVE WITHOUT REINSTALL?

Just a warning to SheevaPlug users, after upgrading the kernel to
2.6.32-23, I found my plug crashes on boot. I'm not alone, I found this
has already been reported as a bug:
