I used this command :

exec -c "console=ttyS0,115200 root=/dev/ram0 initrd=0xa1800000,8M mem=256@0xa0000000"

which make me :

 a) notice that the initrd location is wrong : it was loaded at
 0x01808000 (I will correct this) ;

 b) wonder if the "0xa0000000" is at the right location ? What means
 "between redboot adresse and kernel command line" ? Isn't mine in the
 kernel command line ?
