In fact, the N2100 nand initrd partition has size 0x003e0000 or 4063232 bytes

FWIW, the main growth is in kernel/drivers/scsi, from 901K to 1933K
including 8 extra modules.
Other module areas grow or shrink some, but the only files added to
the initrd are scsi modules.
