I don't know, but it's gmfsk that fails to build, so in a way, it's
gmfsk's problem. Of course, you could file a bug on fftw to get the fftw
issues solved if the problem is rooted there, so you can resolve this
bug by asking the arm buildd admin to rebuild it after the fftw issues
are solved.
