Bug#251284: cyrus-sasl2-mit_2.1.18-4_arm: FTBFS, build log doesn't tell reason

the package faild to build on arm [1] more than a month ago. the log
seems to be rather unhelpful (errors have been redirected to /dev/null),
it just goes:

I'm cc'ing debian-arm since it seems the build admin hasn't processed
the log either (package is in status "Building").
