3 arm problems

1) Axiom is still reported 'building' by netwinder since Jul 20. It
   must be stuck.

2) -O3 -pg corrupts executables with recent gcc. Wondering if this is
    worth reporting/detailing.

3) getrusage does not report valid cpu usage times. This together
with some odd default floating point behavior (emulation?) prevents
an atlas build to be timed (timings must be roughly repeatable).
Am wondering whether an arm subarch atlas build might be worthwhile
-- some variants have vector floating point instructions, yes?

Take care,
