Pretty please retry magnus/arm with very long timeout

Hi. Is it at all possible for someone to requeue magnus for an arm
rebuild with a very long timeout? I'd build it myself, except that
AFAICT none of the arm machines are available for general developer use.

The 4.1.1-beta-7 package was uploaded in April and still hasn't built
successfully on arm. The problem is that it times out on the very large
C++ file SA.C. The last failure was with a 500 minute timeout (June 28,
elara). All it needs is a longer timeout -- when built by hand, with a
large timeout and/or on a fast machine, magnus has had no arm-specific
trouble in the past.

This missing arm build is keeping 4.1.1-beta-7 out of sarge. Moreover,
this package fixed an RC bug in 4.1.1-beta-6, which is the version still
in testing. So given that sarge should not ship with an RC bug, it
seems that if -7/arm cannot be uploaded, then magnus will have to be
dropped from sarge altogether. Which would be unfortunate since there's
nothing actually wrong with -7/arm, it's just slow to compile.

Thanks - Ben.
