what's up with gts?

Hi,

     * gts (0.6.0-1 to 0.7.1-1)
          + Maintainer: Marcelo E. Magallon
          + 128 days old (needed 10 days)
          + out of date on arm: libgts-dev (from 0.6.0-1)
          + Not considered

 From the build log:
