atlas 3.4.1
Greetings! Atlas 3.2.1 never compiled successfully on arm, as its
routine timings never returned results within tolerance. I've just
verified the same sort of failure with 3.4.1 on rameau. This might be
due to a busy machine, or oddities with the kernel timers --
wallclock, cpu usage, etc.
Any suggestions most appreciated.
