[arm buildd] cannot find blas when installed

Hi!
I'm having a problem with the autobuild of tela. The test for the
blas library fails, even though blas-dev is installed. The test is
AC_CHECK_LIB(blas,ddot_,[BLASLIB='-lblas'],AC_MSG_ERROR("Blas not
found!"),-lg2c -lm) and the log is at
http://buildd.debian.org/fetch.php?&pkg=tela&ver=1.34-3&arch=arm&stamp=1012465450&file=log&as=raw.
rameau seems to be down so I cannot look for myself
