I think so:

# ls /usr/include/asm/arch

nothing.  But /usr/include/param.h starts with:

#ifndef __ASM_PARAM_H
#define __ASM_PARAM_H

#include <asm/arch/param.h>    /* for HZ */

and that file is nonexistent... Trying to include sys/param.h in C source leads straight to this dead-end.
