I neglected to remove the debian/build directory in the debian/rules clean
target. I realized this minutes after initially posting to the list and botched
an attempt to post discovery of my blunder. The bug submitter received it
though.
The corrected package was installed today.
I'll be over in the corner wearing the dunce cap if anyone needs me.
