This is nth-hand information, but I think one of the most taxing problems
may be the implementation of support for the ARM flavour of ELF in XF4's
dynamic loader -- I don't know how this is progressing.

I've heard now that a variety of different people are working on XF4 for
arm -- could the people who actually /are/ possibly stick their hand up;
I'm willing to patch up anything that I can, but I don't wish to tread on
anyone's toes...
