ARM boot-floppies_2.2.8

I have the ARM boot-floppies installed at...

The installation on netwinders is relatively clean.  The READ_OR_PERISH
file has been changed to reflect the new installation, and not be as
frightening.

Sorry this wasn't out for the weekend, but the dpkg-shlibdep bug took
me on a tour that finally ended in ld-linux.so.  I've sent the fix
up to the BTS, I have a set of fixed glibc packages, but I don't think
I'll post them.  I'll wait for the next glibc with the fix.  If you need
ldd to work correctly with missing libraries let me know and I'll send
you the fixed library.
