Just-released?  Oops, it hadn't hit my mirror yet.  I had 3.99.1
working, and I just made an upload.  :-)

I'm building 4.0 right now.  I'm guessing that it will work just the
same.  I had to remove David Welton's small little hack at the top of
signal.c.
