Hi, I've been out of commission for the past week with a bad cold -- that's my excuse for not accomplishing anything lately. I'm going to work at updating the glibc and gcc packages with the newest source from ftp://ftp.netwinder.org/pub/contrib/unsupported/ This might take me a while - but I thought I'd mention it first so I don't step on anybody's toes.
