Illegal Instruction



What can be causing this? 'lsl' is a simple perl script, that have worked all week,
but now have started to fail... Also 'dpkg-buildpackage' just core dumps to...

Could it be some memory/kernel problem? I've been loading the machine quite
heavily... :)
