Package port coordination and solicitation

I've now duplicated effort at least twice by building packages that
were already built for ARM.

Would it be useful to have a web page for coordinating package builds?
I'm thinking of a page that would have all the packages, their ARM
status (done,undone,in progress?), who has is working on them, 
and notes from people who took a crack at it but got stuck.

It should probably also have a way to mark a package as being needed
soon to help prioritize the work, maybe some feedback from 
popularity-contest.

If the list members think it would be useful I'll put one together
Monday night and we can try it out.
