Bug#988747: apache2: README.backtrace gives incorrect instructions

Dear Maintainer,

I'm trying to work out why Apache2 is segfaulting, so want it to
generate a core file.

The instructures in /usr/share/doc/apache2/README.backtrace are no
longer valid: they refer to packages that no longer exist in sid
(apache2-bin-dbgsym libapr1-dbgsym libaprutil1-dbgsym) and assume
SystemV init (not systemd).

Please will you put current instructions on how to get a backtrace
from a Debian-installed apache2 into README.backtrace?
