I think it is unlikely that this is an issue in apache2. Probably it's a
problem in ltrace. You could try latrace instead, which does basically the
same.
I cannot reproduce this here (on unstable, or in a jessie/stable chroot on a
4.6 kernel from unstable). If you think this is important, you could try to
get more detailed info, as described in /usr/share/doc/apache2/
README.backtrace .
