Package: apache2.2-common
Version: 2.2.9-10+lenny4
Severity: normal

Since the update suggested by DSA 1834-1, I get a lot of these error messages in
error.log:

[warn] (103)Software caused connection abort: mod_fcgid: ap_pass_brigade failed
in handle_request function

Every time this error happens, a HTTP error code (500) is returned to the
client. My mod_fcgid.conf looks like this:

  AddHandler fcgid-script .fcgi
  SocketPath /var/lib/apache2/fcgid/sock
  IPCConnectTimeout 10
  IPCCommTimeout 120
  MaxProcessCount 40
  ProcessLifeTime 86400
  IdleTimeout 1800

Is there a known fix for this problem?

This has been fixed in mod_fcgid 2.3.6 which was in Debian squeeze.
Closing the bug
