Bug#818904: apache2: multiple-instances and systemd

Dear Maintainer,

For computers using systemd, recommandations in
/usr/share/doc/apache2/README.multiple-instances
are not enough. You need an extra step to run each instance.

You probably should add indication to run
	systemctl enable apache2-xxx
for the systemd case.
