Bug#711494: a2ensite bash completion doesn't string .conf file ending

when running a2ensite (or a2dissite), I get
root@pluto:~# a2ensite <TAB>
000-default.conf default-ssl.conf
but sites can only be enabled without the .conf extension, otherwise you
get
root@pluto:~# a2ensite 000-default.conf
ERROR: Site 000-default.conf does not exist!
