For my own remembering: a2query does not work properly for configuration files:

root@build:/etc/apache2# ls conf-enabled/charset*     
conf-enabled/charset.conf
root@build:/etc/apache2# a2enconf charset
Conf charset already enabled
root@build:/etc/apache2# a2query -c charset.conf
No conf matches charset
root@build:/etc/apache2# a2query -c charset     
No conf matches charset
