when I install ssl-cert, the post install script report /bin/mktemp not exist.
find out it's been used in make-ssl-cert
I suggest add mktemp as dependence

mktemp has been essential: yes since etch, i.e. no dependency should be
needed. I don't know how you ended up whithout mktemp installed, but this
would probably be a bug in apt.
In the mean-time, mktemp has been moved into the coreutils package, which
is also essential. So there is no need for an explicit dependency.
