Bug#414193: Bug still present in etch.

The standard setup doesn't leave a symlink to the log files in /etc
since at least sarge, and woody didn't have apache2. If any version
of apache2 that was in unstable before sarge release put a symlink
there, it was a bug that the symlink was not removed on upgrades.
Please remove it.
