It will not migrate soon, because it has build problems on some 
architectures. You could subscribe to the php5 package on 
packages.qa.debian.org  to get notified.

If you want to do that: For apache2, most libraries, and php since 
5.2.6-1, there are debugging symbols available in the *-dbg packages.
